Revealed: the bits that fell off the review in the first issue
If you've read the shiny first issue of Death Ray, you may have noticed the odd missing bit. In particular, our Battlestar Galactica review promised the ten best bits of season three, but only, er, six made into print (a small infestation of gremlins was eventually to blame, but they've been taken care of with rat poison). So, if you were wondering what the other four best bits were, wonder no longer! For we are proud to present them here, for your pleasure and delectation…
41,399 survivors
(Episode 18 - 'The Son Also Rises')
That’s one less than last week. So it’s really true! She’s gone! Adama finding the old birthday card is one of those sweet, touching moments that Battlestar does best.
(Episode 18 - 'The Son Also Rises')
Baltar’s replacement lawyer is a superb new character, and one we’ll hopefully be seeing plenty more of.
“I am an officer in the colonial fleet”
(Episode 20 - 'Crossroads, Part 2')
“Whatever else I am, whatever else it means, that’s the man I want to be. And if I die today, that’s the man I’ll be.” Sob. What a guy.
The final sequence
(Episode 20 - 'Crossroads, Part 2')
