Description:
Rebellion Oxford are looking for a Producer with proven game production experience. As a multi-facetted company who are working on everything from iOS through to AAA console games, we are looking for someone creative and enthusiastic, interested in championing their team and their project.

Experience:
A proven production track record is essential, with experience of at least one full game cycle from concept to delivery, and experience of at least one next-gen console game.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain consistent vision and high quality of game
- Manage and monitor all aspects of game development
- Key leadership – assistant producers and project leads report directly to you
- Drive consistent energy, enthusiasm and achievement within your team though effective communication, support and productive collaboration within a multi-disciplined environment
- Perform well under pressure, meeting deadlines and supporting your team to do the same

Skills:
- Excellent leadership, management and organisation skills
- Large-scale project and team management using MS Project
- Excellent teamwork amongst your peers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly clear and accurate verbal and written language, contributing to good working relationships throughout Rebellion teams
- Self-confident and motivated, able to cope well and act decisively and sensitively under pressure
- Strong initiative and problem solving skills, able to troubleshoot and think outside the box
